Every once in axawhile you come across.a company that actually cares about you as an individual and.not a wallet. Today, i found one in ElectOris, not only was establishing an appointment made painless and efficient to allow working into our schedule. But, when the team came they were so pleasant and very savvy in our home electronics needs. They are now my go to team for all my electronics!

Patrick and his entire team are phenomenal! They consistently provide a prompt and professional experience. I have used Electpros on multiple occasions to both mount televisions/hide cords and most recently install a 6 camera UniFi system. Electpros never fails to exceed my expectations.

I have used Patrick and The ElectPros several times for my installs. This project was the biggest yet where I had nine ceiling fans, three light fixtures and mounting 2-85 inch TVs along with seven other bedroom and common area TVs. They installed two Sonos systems, which sound excellent and added two speakers to the great room which makes it sound like you’re sitting in a theater. There is no other company that I would use.

ElectPros are awesome!! Robert kept me informed when he was running late which was fine stuff happens, he was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them again when my mom wants her tv mounted. I wish I could give 100 stars they definitely deserve it. If you want or need a tv mounted I definitely recommend them. I’m so happy with my new tv and don’t have to worry about it falls off my dresser.

The ElectPros are true professionals who make you feel like part of their family. From the initial contact call to the install, the process was seamless. Patrick and Robert completed the work. Their teamwork along with the education Patrick offered based on our need was a very pleasant and informative experience. We also learned that in addition to installation services, they sell audio systems and tv's. We had to get some additional equipment, and scheduled a second appointment. During round two, Patrick was just as pleasant, patient, and professional as he was during the first appointment. We elect The ElectPros and highly recommend them for your audio and visual needs.

Great work! My family have used them several times. Robert, our installer is phenomenal. He is very punctual, courteous and pleasant. He explains what’s he is going to do and listens to concerns. I love my install with the hidden wires. I will use them again and highly recommend.

I’ve got to say, the customer service was exceptional. Having just moved here from out of state, the process could not have been easier. Patrick took my call after hours and immediately made everything simple and seamless. I was clearly informed of when the technician would arrive, received timely text updates, and the technician was right on time. Robert was absolutely professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. His work was clean, neat, and transparent from start to finish. Communication truly seems to be the backbone of this company.!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with The ElectPros. From the first call to the final setup, everything was smooth, professional, and honestly way easier than I expected. These folks clearly know their stuff — great communication, clean installs, and they made sure everything worked perfectly before wrapping up. Hired them to come out to my house for 1 Ethernet drop to my office. Very nice and informative over the phone when scheduling an appt. Told them I needed to be setup ASAP after moving into my new home and they delivered! They were able to schedule me for 6:30am and had me up and running by 8:15am for work! Robert was right on time and wasn’t a hair late at all. Robert was very nice and caring while he was here. Great customer service, quick and clean work. Plan on hiring them again in the future for more Ethernet drops and setting up exterior lights!
